Are the sarees pure handloom?

Yes, all Zyltoo sarees are handcrafted using traditional handloom techniques. Slight variations are natural due to the handmade process.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. In the future, COD may be available with additional charges.

What payment options are available?

We accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, and other prepaid methods. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?

We ship through India Post. Once your order is dispatched, we will share your AWB / Shipping ID via WhatsApp or email so you can track your shipment.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within India after dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on your location or shipment type.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect.

Please report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images.

No returns are accepted for products delivered in correct condition.
