Understanding Handmade Products
At Zyltoo, every saree is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional handloom techniques.
Because each product is made individually, slight variations in color, weave, pattern alignment, or texture may occur.
These natural variations reflect authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Such differences make every piece unique and cannot be treated as reasons for cancellation, return, or replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect as per your order, we will gladly offer a replacement.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images of the product showing the issue.
- Send images via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Replacement Process
Once we verify the issue, our team will arrange for a replacement.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Refund Timeline
If replacement is not possible, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
