By placing an order with Zyltoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Zyltoo. By ordering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Zyltoo sarees are handcrafted using traditional handloom techniques. Slight variations in color, weave, texture, or pattern alignment are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

4. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We strive to display product colors accurately; however, actual colors may vary depending on your device screen settings.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are securely processed via PhonePe Payment Gateway. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp,Mail,Message,Instagram, or Facebook.

Payments must be made in full via PhonePe Payment Gateway before dispatch of the product.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for products delivered in correct condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, and product descriptions are the property of Zyltoo and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
